M900 Engraver

Effective January 1, 2010, support for the M900/GS900 engravers will no longer be guaranteed. The engravers were sold by Ohio Electronic Engravers and later by Daetwyler. All units have been supported since 2000 by Daetwyler.

Over the last several years, numerous electronic components have become obsolete by their manufacturers, making it increasingly difficult to obtain replacement parts. This situation greatly impacts our ability to provide the level of support you expect in an acceptable time frame.

We still have a limited stock of parts for the M900/GS900 units. These will continue to be offered on a first-come, first-serve basis. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee we will be able to fulfill your on-going support request due to the difficulty of procuring the associated spare parts.
