End of Life Notice

M811 and M820 Engravers

Effective January 1, 2010, support for the M811 and M820 engravers will no longer be guaranteed.

The age of these machines has made it increasingly difficult, and in some cases impossible, to obtain replacement parts. This situation greatly impacts our ability to provide the quality of support you require in an acceptable time frame.

We still have a limited stock of parts for the M8XX series. These will continue to be offered on a first-come, first-serve basis. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to fulfill your support request.

We invite you to look at the GRAVOSTAR 827 upgrade to extend the life of your existing M811 or M820 engraver.
