End of Life Notice

B-700, B-710, B-720 Engravers

Effective July 1, 2009, support for the B-7XX series of engravers will no longer be guaranteed.

The age of these machines has made it increasingly difficult, and in some cases impossible, to obtain replacement parts. This situation greatly impacts our ability to provide the quality of support you require in an acceptable time frame.

We still have a limited stock of parts for the B-7XX series. These will continue to be offered on a first-come, first-serve basis. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to fulfill your support request.

We invite you to look at the GRAVOSTAR 857 upgrade to extend the life of your existing B-710 or B-720 engraver. The GS857 offers significant productivity and quality enhancements at a competitive price.
