Best of Both Worlds
With the new Match Helio option on your Gravostar and Collage layout software, you can engrave cylinders on the Gravostar that match cylinders engraved on a Hell engraver.
Matching is simple: turn on the Match Helio checkbox on the Gravure Parameters dialog and select the raster screens and angles. The Match Helio function causes Collage to use a specific set of screens and angles designed to engrave cylinders on a Gravostar just like a Hell.
Now for a job redo, you can engrave the changed cylinder on your Gravostar and be confident it will match the other cylinders in the set.
When the GS has upgraded software and is configured as a Match-Helio engraver, the match will be exact.
Hardware and Software
Match Helio is a software and hardware solution. Requires Collage or Collage-E version 3.1.11 or higher.
Only available for Gravostar HS and Gravostar 827.
