Ultimate Flexibility
You can use Collage to create jobs for Hell K500 engravers as well as Gravostar engravers. Ideal for the print service provider with both Gravostar and Hell engravers, this provides the ultimate in flexibility for your production. And starting with Collage version 3.1.19, support for HelioDisk v5 is included.
Powerful Software
Use all the powerful tools of Collage packaging layout software to create jobs for output on either a Gravostar or a Hell K500 engraver. Collage accepts input from any source: tiff, PostScript, or PDF. Image can be a one-up for layout in Collage, or can be a fully stepped-and-repeated image where you only need to set the output values.
Set your screen and angle in raster mode and turn on Match Helio. Set any other values required: cell values, gamma (gradation) values, web comp, and more. On the Helio pages, enter any engraver settings desired, such as test cuts, control rectangles (stylus break detection), sharpness, and more. As always, you can soft-proof the job at engrave resolution.
Your Choice
Collage provides flexibility. Create the job, then decide at any time where to engrave the job: Gravostar or Hell, depending on your production schedule. You can even engrave some cylinders or a job on a Hell and some on a Gravostar (using Match Helio).
When you choose output to Hell, Collage creates the tiff file, the fast advance file, and the job ticket.
Enhanced Productivity
Your operators need to know only one layout software: jobs can be engraved on either device. Use Collage's tools (hot folders, templates, default settings) to increase productivity, no matter which engraver you choose.

An Option for Collage
The Helio K500 output is optional for Collage and for Collage-E. This license can be easily added to your existing software. Requires 3.1.19 or higher.
