Refurbished Parts

This picture shows a refurbished cylinder drive of the GS 857 engraver.

The drive is totally disassembled for evaluation. All bearings are replaced as well as any parts found out of specification. New bearings use grease rather than oil for lubrication, ensuring no leaks will ever occur and reducing the amount of preventive maintenance. If everything checks out, all parts are given a thorough cleaning and fresh paint before re-assembly.
