Warranty Statement
Daetwyler will furnish a guarantee of:
- 6 months for electrical and electronic parts.
- 12 months for mechanical parts.
- Warranty begins at start-up and will in any case last no longer than 13 months from the delivery date. This is for reasons beyond Daetwyler’s control that the machines have not been commissioned within 1 month from delivery.
- The guarantee is only valid when the Engraver is operated with original spare parts from Daetwyler.
Important!
- Excluded from the guarantee are consumption materials and wearing parts.
- Damage to the engraver from use of equipment in non-intended ways is the full responsibility of the client.
