Warranty Statement
Ohio Gravure Technologies will furnish a guarantee of:
- 6 months for electrical and electronic parts.
- 12 months for mechanical parts.
- Warranty begins at start-up and will in any case last no longer than 13 months from the delivery date. This is for reasons beyond Ohio GT’s control that the machines have not been commissioned within 1 month from delivery.
- The guarantee is only valid when the Engraver is operated with original spare parts from Ohio Gravure Technologies.
Important!
- Excluded from the guarantee are consumption materials and wearing parts.
- Damage to the engraver from use of equipment in non-intended ways is the full responsibility of the client.
