March 2007
Dayton, Ohio
In March, the Daetwyler sales representatives from North, Central, and South America visited the Dayton facility to get a close-up look at the GS 857, and to learn more about the other products we design, develop and build here.
In addition to the informative presentations and plant tour, those attending were able to talk directly with the engineers responsible for developing our products.
Attending were Peter Daetwyler, Walter Siegenthaler, Ralph Daetwyler, Beat Troesch from Daetwyler and Hans-Georg Schepers from Schepers. Also present were the following sales reps: Hugo Baldock (Chile/Argentina), Matthias Benfort (ATG), Luciano Galuppo (Columbia), Alfonso Patino (Venezuela), and Christoph Kuehne and Ursula Zoeller (Mexico).
During the plant tour, visitors saw several GS 857 engravers in various stages of assembly, and got a demonstration by one of our experienced technicians, Jake Benson.

Pictured behind Jake are (from left) Eric Serenius, Director of Engineering in Dayton and Udo Dittmar, Dayton Operations Manager; Peter Daetwyler, CEO; Beat Troesch, Sales Director; and John Cetnar and Dan Watkins, two of our Senior Engineers.
